Service-Based Refund Policy

EnviroCore Solutions provides professional environmental monitoring and documentation services that involve equipment deployment, setup, and ongoing operational costs. Because our services are not product-based, refunds are handled under the following policy.

 

Monthly Monitoring Services

  • Monthly monitoring fees are non-refundable once a service period has begun.

  • This includes any services where equipment has been deployed, activated, or reserved for a project site.

 

Cancellations

  • Clients may cancel services with written notice prior to the start of the next billing cycle.

  • No refunds will be issued for partial months of service already provided.

  • Services will continue through the end of the current billing period unless

  • otherwise agreed in writing.

 

Deployment & Setup Fees

  • Any deployment, setup, or mobilization fees are non-refundable once equipment has been dispatched or installed.

 

Equipment Issues

  • If monitoring equipment experiences a failure that materially impacts data collection, EnviroCore Solutions will make reasonable efforts to repair, replace, or restore service.

  • At our discretion, service credits may be issued for confirmed outages caused by equipment malfunction.

  • Refunds are not provided for interruptions caused by site access limitations, power issues, vandalism, environmental conditions, or cellular connectivity outside our control.

 

Service Scope

  • Monitoring services are provided for documentation and informational purposes only.

  • EnviroCore Solutions does not guarantee regulatory outcomes, compliance determinations, or acceptance by third parties.

 

Exceptional Circumstances

  • Refunds outside of this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of EnviroCore Solutions.
